Working with Webby award-winning agency Magnitude, I completed a number of projects for the international restaurant chain Wagamama.
One key task was to write the user guide for the company’s content management system (aka The Big Noodle), which powered all of Wagamama’s various websites around the world.
The challenge was to create an easy-to-use guide that could be used by non-techies, many of whom did not have English as a first language. All of this had to be achieved while maintaining Wagamama’s distinctive tone of voice.
The guide was successfully rolled out across all of Wagamama’s international territories, alongside training sessions in Zurich, London and Leeds.
